Found STORPort hotfix KB950903. For Windows 2003 configuration running STORPort drivers, Microsoft STORPort hotfix KB943545 is required by EMC.

Hi Osama,

It is possible that this may be a bug in the HEAT tool, they do crop up from time to time. If you can manually check your driver and firmware versions against the link that dynamox gave you in the last post (From the EMC-approved section of the Emulex website)

Let us know how you go...

It appears that you have an HP Branded LPe11002 product (model name of FC2242SR) which will require HP Drivers at http://www.emulex.com/downloads/hp.html - then select HP in the left panel downloads section.

Your HP Branded HBAs Downloads and Documentation page will then appear.

For connectivity to EMC Arrays you should be using the EMC firmware for your rebadged Emulex HBAs

http://www.emulex.com/downloads/emc.html

The fact that HEAT is responding with the error it is is a shorcoming of HEAT not the firmware
