HYPER-v Migration from AX4-5 to VNX5100 using SANCOPY

Please help me to get the steps required to be taken care before and after the migrating the data for HYPER -V servers. what are the things that to be taken care from teh host side to get the disks availabel to HYPER-v and virtual machines without any problem after migration.
