DRIVERS DOWN

Hello dell . I watched the video about the ram and cpu . I done the 2nd step . And my drivers are down . What shall i do please , tell me what to do . I've tried many methods and they don't work . Please or my dad gonna kill me . It says that the access is denied. I've tried with the control pannel , task manager and all . And i cant reverse the steps cause my windows search doesn't work. Help please !
