Centera interface FPZSTUB hangs when executed from an APF lib on z/OS
Hello,
First please let me apologize if I have selected incorrect software, this is a first for me!
The problem we are having is as follows: we use the Centera SDK version 3.1.477 with our application in IBM z/OS 1.9 environment. When the SDK library gets APF-authorized, we are experiencing a "hang" in FPZSTUB when initializing the Centera interface. The specific call I believe is FPPool_GetPoolInfo, which causes an implicit FPPool_Open in FPZSTUB.
9 Call FPZSTUB n/a n/a M+31C Not determined
10 Call LSCSGNL n/a n/a M+2316 Not determined
11 Call LSCSGNL n/a n/a M+52C8 Not determined
12 Call LSCSGNL n/a n/a M+4AC6 Not determined
13 SVC LSCSGNL n/a n/a M+4EE6 Not determined
14 Call IGC0101C n/a n/a M+12976 LPA
That call never completes causing eventually the job to be terminated with abend S522.
I attempted to enable SDK logging be means of an FPCONFIG DD but nothing came out.
Would you be able to offer any advice?
Thanks,
Greg

Apologies for missing this earlier. I'll see if we can get some C* guys to dig into this.
Looks like we have a pair of service requests open to address this now.
