With a journey that commenced around 7CD (hexadecimal, naturally), Robert has navigated through various pivotal roles within the tech realm, from support to service readiness and training. Currently serving as the Delivery Global Lead Instructor for HCI/CI, Robert possesses a unique knack for helping clients, partners, and internal teams unlock the full potential of products, services, and solutions. With a time zone that fluctuates between UTC -4 and -5, depending on the sun's inclination, Robert not only excels in leveraging technical solutions but also finds solace in the tranquility of serene beach strolls accompanied by the grandeur of needlessly dramatic sunsets.
