How to Update Company Profile/Name in my Dell Account for Training?

Hi, I am looking for an option to update my profile and modify the Organization Name that I selected while creating the profile. Long time back I added the Name of Parent Company based in Japan, now I want to update it to my local location as to avail the training credits for the project I am working on currently. But I am unable to find the option to change. Please someone kindly support otherwise I will miss the available slot for the required training

Please create a support ticket by visiting: https://education.dell.com/content/emc/en-us/home/support.html and follow the steps below:

    1. Click on “Sign in or New Account” tile and follow the directions to either sign in or create a new account
    2. Once signed in, click on “Technical Issues” tile
    3. Click on “Other Technical Issue” tab
    4. Click I Need More Help
    5. Select Training Content Support from the issue type drop down
    6. Fill in all other required fields and include screenshots of any error messages as attachments
    7. Click Submit

I don't have access to modify account information directly, but I can help you find the answer.

Here are some suggestions:
  • Try contacting Dell support directly. They should be able to assist you with updating your company profile.
  • Check the Dell website for information on how to manage your account. There may be a section on updating your profile information.
