Serivce history of my laptops

Dell.com/support.  Enter service tag and look at the support history.

i've already try it, but there's none like support history

Look under Service events.

There won't be an entry there unless the system has had a warranty service arranged with Dell.

Previously I had made repairs by submitting a warranty claim and got the email form dell like this 

                         <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

and this is the service tag i use for example in searching the support histoy
