Moving MD3000i to another host

Hi, I have MD3000i with only one SAS controller (0FW240) connected directly to a Windows 2008 host (Dell 2850).This host is about to be decommissioned and we have a newer server Dell 2950 (Although still old but at least newer). I have setup the new server including the iSCSI Initiator, MPIO and MD Storage Manager preparing it to be used for MD3000i.

Question, can I just disconnect the connection from the 2850 and connect it to 2950. Then add the new host in MD Storage Manager? Can it see the existing LUNs? The existing LUNs will not vanish if I connect it to the new host, right?
