ML3 doesn't show as Media Library in Windows Server's Device Manager

Shows only as Tape Drives in Windows Server 2019's Device Manager but not as Media Library.

This problem impacts in Veritas Backup Exec as it only detects the Tape Drives only and not as a Media Library
