FS7610 Error for NAS cluster creation

I have a Equallogic FS7610 I'm trying to add to my Equallogic Group manager. It's all fresh out of the box, so I don't have my client network and DNS up yet.  I do see the unit, and start the wizard to configure it.  I am able to put in all my configuration options, and then try to click finish.  I get an error:

Specified NAS cluster does not exist

Is this because I don't have the client network and DNS up?  Is it trying to see if there is a cluster of that name to join before creating it?

This all against new hardware, so I'm trying to upgrade the firmware.  I've updated my Force10 S4810 and PS6110.  I was told the only way to update the FS7610 was to make it part of the storage.

It's Friday, so I'm walking away for the weekend.  If I can't find a resolution in the forums, I'll tag support on Monday.

Thanks!

Just to close this out.  This was caused by not having all 8 interfaces connected.  The unit won't deploy with a degraded state on the networking config.  It would have been nice if it check this rather than failing in weird ways.
