Dell Compellent Replication Percentages not matching

I have a replication that currently is listed at 45% in the '% complete' column. However, when we select the replication, and change to the 'progress report' tab,  the chart has it at around 90% complete. The thresholds seem to be alarming off the 'progress report' figure.

Any idea why the number at the top is so different?
