SR notifications

I'm having problems with SR notifications. Not sure when it started, but all SR updates done this week didn't result in an email being sent to me.

I usually have my "company private" and "SR alias" addresses listed under notifications. As they both belong to company domain I added for test my gmail email address and after the change still no notification is sent out.

I'm not sure if this is global or just specific account related issue. Can someone have a look please?

Hrvoje,

We have applied the fix and performed the clean up. Notifications are now turned back on. We are still watching and monitoring to ensure they are stable.Right now we feel good about the fix.

Actually after checking this I can confirm this is the case for other people within my company too.

I was not aware of any notification issues. I have done some research this morning and it appears there was some sort of failure with the notifications in the past couple of days which have caused notifications to stop. I am now investigating what is going on and as soon as I have more information I will post it here.

Jay, is there any news on this? It's been couple of weeks now that this functionality is broken and there is no feedback on resolution status? This breakdown is creating pretty much big mess in both directions...

Yes - our DBA and IT team have been working on this with the vendor. They have a fix and there is some cleanup which needs to take place. We are expecting in the next couple of days to have notifications turned back on.
