Hi Rich,

is this still an issue? Either way, you should report it via support@emc.com, with the time of day and the Site ID you were using.

What I want to determine here is if it was a hiccup or if it's an issue related to your login.

Thankd for your response. I tried to submit the service request on several machines yesterday with the same result. Regardless, it's now working this AM.
