Order Problem

I've ordered a dell xps 13 plus and tried to pay by debit card but the payment failed and the order was cancelled then after few hours I've changed the debit card and payed successfully but my order was not confirmed and I didn't get any email about it.

I've tried to contact with customer service but nobody responded to me.

I hope you solve this problem as soon as possible.
