Open case list
I was wondering if someone could have a look at this... I noticed that my Open SR list is empty saying "You have no open service requests."
However I do remember there is one SR open waiting for patch to be generated. SR is 16746996 and if I do SR search I can find it and it's still open. I used to see that one before and have no idea why did it vanish now. Any ideas?

You are correct, we should not be limiting the My Open Service Request portlet by 90 days. We have a defect opened for this particular item. We are still working on prioritization for resolution.

I see... I thought 90 days were only applied to closed SRs and not open ones too. OK, that clears it now... let's wait for April patch to change it. Thnx!
