Error messages- QuickScan 3.5.2829 level 3

Hi-

We have 4 Ricoh IS 760D scanners in our Document Services department all connected via USB to Win XP SP3 PCs. Three of these PCs have no internet capabilities, as they are used to scan confidential medical records. All three of these are displaying the following errors: "IP2 Unhandled Exception in CPEIFilterImpl::RunEx" and "Automation error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.

The internet-connected PC is not having this issue. Any ideas?
