PowerEdge T440 partition help

hi there!

So backstory/information; unfortunately, we are away from the office for a few days due to a covid outbreak, but I got a notification that our Server's main hard drive is full. I took a look at it and it said that our C: drive was at max capacity, with only ~145 Megabytes of space left. I was a little shocked because I could have sworn we had more space available, but, it turns out, that extra space was on our E: drive. I went to the partition manager to try to re-allocate some of that space, but run into an issue where I can shrink the E: drive as much as I want, and theres several hundred gigs I can free up. BUT, the C: drive doesn't allow me to increase *it's* size. The best explanation I could find for this is because the E: drive is still wedged between the C: drive and the empty partition space.

My question is, is there a workaround for this? I had a friend recommend something called Niubi Partition editor that could quickly and easily do what I'm looking for, but seeing as how I have all of our client files on the server, I want to play it safe and make sure, so I figured asking the Dell Engineers is the best place to go for help. I just need more space and dont want to risk our client files. Any help would be appreciated!
