M6600 Bluetooth not detecting any devices

My bluetooth does not detect any devices. I have re-installed all drivers. My devices are detected and work fine on other machines. I replaced the antenna with another that I know is good and that had no impact. I also cleaned up the registry. Any thoughts on what might be going on or what else to try?

This is a perplexing problem. I wiped my hard drive and re-installed eveything from scratch. Bluetooth worked for awhile - a couple of hours - and then ceased to wrk. However, I can now get the Bluetooth mouse icon, I just can't get the mouse to function. Nor will Bluetooth detect my cell phone. I lost my connection I installed the Yahoo toolbar in FireFox. Maybe it was a coincidence, and de-intalling the toolbar didn't restore Bluetooth functionality.
