Dell's WinPE 10 A18 Does Not Import on MDT 8456 ADK 1903

When attempting to import the most recent release of Dell's WinPE drivers into MDT, I get an Index was out of range.  This is the current version of MDT running the 1903 ADK.  We have been using A15 with the 1809 ADK and getting reading to upgrade to Win10 v1909.  Since we purchase some new gear recently I thought we should update the WinPE.  I grabbed A17 and it imports without incident.
