Dell E5470 backlight

Hey, how you are all doing

so basically i purchased a dell e5470  and i am a bit confused because when i was researching this laptop before purchasing and it had one of those buttons under the H key as well as a backlight keyboard. But when i purchased it and it arrived it came in with a simple keyboard with no backlight and no scroll button under the H key. I started doing some research and saw some laptops without backlight in the e5470 model.... I don't know understand why or how mine did not get a backlight feature because so far yet i am not able to distinguish or see any other models in the e5470 laptop
