Dell Command | Integration Suite for System Center installation error

Hi, I'm having a problem installing DCIS on our terminal server where SCCM console is installed. The "_installer.log" in DCIS setup dir show following error:
Error (System.UnauthorizedAccessException) at IKU-C02:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

SOI-SC01: Connection was not set properly. Cannot continue.
SOI-SI07: Error! Could not get a connection to the Configuration Manager server
SOI-SI08: Server name: 'ourPrimarySiteServerFQDN'
IDVKIT-ICX15:
Error! Processing the XML file exited with an error (1);
File in process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\CommandIntegrationSuite\setup\Install_302_CustomRebootPkg.xml

I've installed DCIS in similar environment without any issues, but it's somehow failing here and I can't figure out where's the difference between these two environments or what causes this E_ACCESSDENIED error.
