cctk 4.2 ubuntu 18.04 doesn't work Precision 5530

I installed cctk and add to my path. (https://askubuntu.com/questions/1140427/how-to-run-dell-command-configure-with-the-terminal/1188957#1188957?newreg=d49faf79f9274d81a3fc41088c23155c)

I enter as root user and tried to run some command, for example:

cctk --PowerUsageMode=PowerSaver

I tried another ones, but always get the following error:

The option 'PowerUsageMode' is not available or cannot be configured
through this tool.

Why is that? How can I solve it?

My laptop come with windows 10 but then I installed Ubuntu 18.04

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 and installed command line 4.2.0-553 (ubuntu 16, but Dell Release notes say it is compatible with ubuntu 18.04)
