Change ECS Management IP Addresses

Question

Hello,

We are attempting to find out how to change the management IP addresses for our ECS clusters. The use case is basically going from one VLAN To another? I am hearing that this is a professional services related task? I find this hard to believe. As anyone encountered this? How long did it take? What were the steps? This is what we are attempting to find out. We are on Dell EMC ECS v3.4.0.2

Any assistance and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
