New to DiskXtender

Hello All ,

I am new to D X and Centera.  We had a issue recently with D X and i was told that my current version  of 7.6 SP1 is no longer supported. I was advised to contact professional services so that they could completed the task of upgrading me to a newer version. 

My challenge is actually speaking to someone in professional services.  The number I was transferred to rung for a while and when voice mail finally picked up it stated the voice mail box was full. 

  Is it wise to attempt the upgrade myself? Does any one have a number for professional services?  I am not sure who my account exec is any more the last one left about a year ago.

Hi Bill,

I am with Genesee County.  When I open DX File System Manager Administrator and select help then select about it states my client version is 6.20.090 Service Pack 1.

Gene, what company are you with? Also, are you sure about that version of DX? Maybe you mean 5.6 SP1?
