Configuration: Dx 6.3.X that is writing to 2 NAS devices (Multi configuration) and one of the Nas devices has completely failed. The move rule is set to copy to the NAS and purge after write. Because the 2nd NAS no longer exists DX rewrites the files back to the Xtended drive, queued to write to the NAS that is off line. Is there a way to remove the second NAS media from DX to keep the image files from being recached to the Xtended drive?

In multi-target configuration, if any one of the target goes to offline state, migration still continues to other target(s) but purge would not happen. In order to remove offline media from media group, usual steps are followed as to remove media from media group by right clicking on media => edit tasks. Though media is set to offline state, media can be removed from media group, but this again does not allow files to get purged. Delete the media group created for this particular piece of media (i.e. offline media) and then try purging the files through DxShell, purge continues.

Possible solutions:

Sol 1. Remove offline media and that media group from multi-target group (earlier answer)

Sol 2. Create another single target rule with online media only
