Windows 10 upgrade
Tried to run Windows 10 upgrade. it stopped and message was couldn't continue because the Nvidia GeForce 7300LE card was incompatible.
Is there a work around or a product upgrade that will allow me to run Windows 10?
Computer is a Dell Dimension E520, bought new in 2007.

You need a newer card. If you want to run 64 bit windows 10 you need to support LAHF/SAHF, CMPXCHG16 ETC. That means pentium D 900 series or better.
What CPU do you have?
ASUS SILENT EAH6450 Radeon 6450 will work just fine.
Won't hurt your power supply or your wallet.

Asus Silent HD6450.

Radeon HD 5000 and 6000 and 7000 series are fine for windows 7 8 10.
The Earlier HD 2000 3000 4000 directx 10 cards will work but not with the auto detect aka they need the catalyst 13 legacy driver. Catalyst 14 and 15 do not work with the legacy cards and never will.HD 5000 series represents the bare minimum but it works fine on every Dell I have tried including Vintage 2003 GX280's. The Specific Silent ASUS card works in every dell except USFF because USFF has no slots.
