Yes - You can delete all of the files in your Temp Folder. Since you appear to be concerned regarding this information simply leave the files in your Recycle Bin until you are comfortable that you have done no damage to your system or your software. Should you determine you actually need something deleted from the Temp file it can be restored from your Recycle Bin. Once you empty the Recycle Bin they will no longer be available on your hard drive.
