Perc 5/i R5 drives out of order?

It's actually in a precision 690 workstation; but I don't think that really matters. Lost power the other day on boot I get raid config fail, I go in and see 2 drives missing from 3 disk raid 5. Instead of doing something with foreign config (like maybe I should have), I cleared it and rebuilt it the "same way". Save, restart, starts booting to windows, then goes into auto recovery and I can't get things sorted out in windows recovery. I added disk and tried SFC /scannow etc... There is no C:\Windows exactly... Which makes me think maybe the drives aren't in the right order, not coming online correctly? Is that possible or am I confused? Assuming that is possible, how do I go about fixing it? Does it involve ♪ ♫ drive musical chairs ♫ ♪ ? =-0

You needed to IMPORT the foreign configuration. You likely have corrupted your VD and will likely need your backups.
