My CPU frequency drops very low..
Hi! I've just bought an Alienware x51 R3 and when I look at the AlienFX command center, I go to OCControls to take a look at my cpu frequency and I'm always at around 0.90 to 1.20 GHz.
No programs are opened except Google Chrome.
My CPU is : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600k CPU @ 3.50GHz
Even when I click the overclocking button, it's still around 0.90 GHz.

Throttling indicates lack of cooling. CPU fan or loose heatsink.
