Inspiron Desktop Tower - Blinking white light

I have desktop computer.   This morning I woke up to two beeps and orange blinking light which is located on the tower part of the desktop.   The computer was on.  I still had power.   But the screen was blank.   So, I couldn't get too anything.    I immediately turned off the computer.   Then I started it up and I got a blinking white light but NO beeps.    My computer is on and I am able go to all of the programs.    I'm just concerned about  this issue.  

Interesting to note.  I have not used this computer for 5 months.   The reason why I stopped using it was because I was trying too add ram and it would just beep and beep and beep.  It got soo bad I couldn't even install the original ram stick.  So, I gave up.  Didn't use the computer for five months untill yesterday.   Pulled out the computer yesterday, cleaned it, installed the original ram stick and voila my computer worked until this morning.
