HELP!!! CANT FIND DRIVER FOR SOUNDBLASTER 24 BIT LIVE

I recently did a re-install on my comp due to virus corruption and now i cannot get the sound to work. the two audio drivers listed in the dell website will not work. i contacted soundblaster and they told me that i could only get the necessary driver from dell. please send me the appropriate driver. its hard to use a computer with no sound. i have an sb0410 sound card and i was told by soundblaster techs that this card is not the 5.1 Live.

 here is my comp specs:
 dell 8400
 win xp home
 512 MB ddr2
 160 gb sata
 creative 24 bit live

This is a user forum. Requests addressed to Dell Tech Support generally won't be answered here. Contact them by phone or email.

Depending on when you got your system, you may have gotten a "Sound Blaster Live 24-bit" CD which should have what you need. Mine says "part number F7641", "SB 0413" "Win 2K/XP" "Build 5.12.1.315"

BTW: Did you reinstall the chipset drivers after you reinstalled XP, and before you installed all the other drivers? If not, maybe that's why the audio drivers from Dell's site don't work.
