Hard Drive Fan Failure

What do I need if is the 2nd time I've had to report a Hard Drive Fan failure. Error cod 2000-0511  Validation 6376.  Obviously there's something more seriously happening here than just keep replacing the hard drive.  Is there anyone competent out there that can tell me why it takes Dell 30 minutes to get me a manager?  All the Alliances are giving me the ping pong game.  I still have warranty, why can I get service?

The forum is also not world wide Dell support.

2000-0511 is a system fan failure.

As there's a warranty in effect, you need to contact Dell's Technical Support directly about the issue.
