E-Mail Problems

Every time I start up my e-mail, and go on line, I get this warning. (This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down). I go to details and it tells me that (caused a stack fault in module (unknown) at 0000:7c0k126b). I have run a disk scan and it tells me that there are no errors or problems. I have tried turning the computer off then back on again, and I still get the same warning. This problem started approx. 5 days ago. I have called my provider, and they can't help me. Needless to say I will not be able to retreive my E-Mails, so I will wait for a reply, and check back on the Dell web site for the answer. Help!!

Mark, I am sending you a link to a Microsoft Troubleshooter for Outlook Express. Among the problems listed, it looks like a solution to yours is included. The steps to follow do not seem very difficult. Good luck! TROUBLE SHOOTER
