Dell System Detect problem
I tried to install system detect and the following error log was gererated.. Any suggestions??? PLEASE

Hello fip8000,
Access the system BIOS by pressing F2 during POST and check if the service tag is registered on the main screen, if it is, continue with the steps below, if it is not, let me know.
1. Uninstall Dell System Detect and re start the system.
2. Run all Windows updates.
3. Go to the Internet Options on Internet explorer, select the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to the "Security" settings and mark the box that says "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" (should be the second one).
4. Re start the system and try installing the Dell System Detect service again.
