Computer won't turn on
I went to use it one day and it just won't go on,(nothing happens, at all) I cleaned out the dust the best I could, but I'm afraid that irreparable damage has already been done. Is there anything I could still try before I go get it checked out by a professional? (most likely have to have something replaced)

Does the power button have a blinking amber light or a solid amber light? What model do you have?
Blinking amber light = bad power supply
Solid amber light = bad systemboard.

What is the reading of the power button LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber?
Check the sequence of the diagnostic lights on the back panel of the case.
