There is no reason to clear the PBA log. If the error shows up every time you turn it on then the problem HAS NOT been cleared. The log doesnt work that way. Fan errors when you turn it on are BIOS POST errors not PBA diagnostic errors. Clearing Logs does not fix physical post errors.
