Hi tomfoolery

Went to Encoding on the Microsoft Header and it shows as Unicode (UTF-8). Each time I change it back to Western European it will just default back to Unicode.

Perhaps the Auto-select button in the Encoding has been triggered when you are at the Microsoft website. Click on Bob's link, then right click on the Microsoft webpage top banner line, the blue one with the globe. Look at what it says under Encoding.

Mine stays at Western European (ISO) whenever I click on the Bob link, and then begin right-clicking in various places on that link. However, when I right-click here at DT it changes to User Defined. I would say that you should research why yours does not say Western European (ISO). I noticed that there are two Western Europeans. I do not know what the difference would be.
