Alert! Hard drive not found

I have an Optiplex that was working just fine until the other day when I received this error while booting up. I run the onboard diagnostics and it comes up with no errors, and when I exit the diagnostics tool it boots to Windows like normal. It runs fine this way but it's a lot of extra steps and wait time to turn on the computer and I don't understand what's wrong.

Was there any hardware or software changes done recently?

Please check in BIOS for HARD DRIVE status .

If possible please re-seat the HARD DRIVE  Once and check again.

You can get instructions on support.euro.dell.com

Also do update the bios from support.euro.dell.com--enter the tag#--submit--drivers and downloads--choose operating system and install
