I might be wrong on this, but I think when you click on the attachment and get the message you have mentioned. Doesn't it ask you if you want to open it or save it to a disk? If this is the case and you trust the attachment, then just click on open it. I cannot remember, but it may also have something about checking here to not show this message again.
