Isilon encountered error (0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred)
Hi Dell support,
Our ISILON L400 cannot transfer files and keeps prompting Error 0x8007003B. All our users receiving this error. How to resolve this issue. Our shared folder (SMB) is not fully consumed and has a lot of free space.
We need your help! Thank you!

Are you able to test a different windows 10 client. If it works from windows server it doesn’t sound like the problem with with the Isilon.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. What version of OneFS are you on. If it is not a current version it could be from https://dell.to/3NkfITO otherwise it is a network issue somewhere between the client and the storage.

OneFS version is 8.0.0.6. As per checking, our window Server can transfer the files, but in Windows 10 cannot, and if related to the network, what is the cause? How can I verify in the Isilon that there is a network problem?
