Dell PowerEdge R540 VM with Disk constantly at 100%

Hi,

I commissioned a Windows 10 VM on ESXI 6.5.  The issue is that RDs to it (local network) drop.periodically.

I am trying to diagnose the problem and noticed that Disk useage is constant at 100% even then the machine is idle.

The Host isn't loaded.

How can I diagnose and resolve the issue?
