Check http://www.emc.com/interoperability and download the EMC support matrix. In there look for your OS and server model and check which footnotes apply.
The footnotes often say if you get the drivers from the vendor of the card (Qlogic or Emulex), or from the vendor of the OS (IBM).
Which server model, AIX version and HBA model are you using?

If you have a powerlink account, go to the interoperability matrix, in the search field enter "9110" and select your specific server model from the list. Then search for the cx3-80 and select the EMC Clariion CX3-80.
Now on the right side click "get results" and click on the base connectivity. This provides info about supported configurations and has footnotes that show extra details about specific requirements.
As the list of supported HBAs are all IBM HBAs, the drivers would probably be either part of the OS itself, or would be available from IBM (website).
