Should Repository Manager pull in Perc Drivers?

We upgraded to OMSA8.3 on one of our servers and now it's angry because the Minimum Driver version for the H710P Mini card has changed.

Driver Version 6.600.21.08
Minimum Required Driver Version 6.803.21.00

I just created a repository and ran it to upgrade anything else that was old but this particular driver isn't listed at all.

I checked in OME and this driver DOES show up as being needed in OME:

SAS-RAID_Driver_5382X_WN64_6.803.21.00_A02-00.EXE

Just wondering why this doesn't show up in the repository I created.

Thanks.

I opened up the bundle in Repo Man and search for SAS.  The only item that says SAS-RAID_Driver is SAS-RAID_Driver_T7F02_WIN32_6.603.07.00_A04

The one I posted does not appear at all.

If I create a bundle manually and tell it to pull everything for any R620s, then I do find the proper file.  Why would it not put it in there when I create a Repository based off of OME when OME shows this file as being needed by the server?

We do have ProSupport warranty on this system.  Is there someone I can call to work through this to find out if we are doing something wrong or why it's not working?

Yes I did do that.  I created an OME based repository but it does not seem to have inserted those particular drivers.  Or at least they don't show up when I run the SUU program on the target computer.

Hi,

The latest catalog does carry the driver version mentioned in your mail. Did you update your Dell Repository Manager to the latest Dell Online Catalog? If not, please update and try again.

Thanks,

Sashi
