OME2.2 Deployment feature question?Can't import .csv document

Question

My customer try use dell OME_Server Config Mgmt_90 Day Trial license  import on idrac8 R730 then he want to remote deploy os to R730 Server,but find some wrong.like as follow the 5th step should import a xx.csv doument, and I look for helpdoument,save word like the scend picture ,but I found error occure error like that help docment like that my email is hua_zhou1@dell.com,maybe if you find answer,you can email to me,thanks a lot!

I got the answer,I just direct rename the excel and fill it,not use excel save another name as .csv  so it's the reason that I do
