Update to 3.8.3.8 failing

Firmware catalog updates to downloads.dell.com are completing successfully, but the 3.8.3.8 update is failing.

This happens pretty much instantly

Any ideas?

Thank you for the update. I glad to see the downloads are working.

I don't have direct access to the trouble ticket but if it's working then they likely have it resolved.

I have been having the same problem for weeks now. I have tried to download the update from https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/3.8.3/full/omenterprise_3.8.3.tar.gz but it fails after the first 18MB. Could you provide an alternative download link?

Hi ,we have the problem since last Friday (April 22, location Germany). Only smaller updates up to about 17MB are downloaded successfully. Larger downloads abort without success. This applies to Internet connections via proxy as well as direct connections to the Internet.

In a log file of thr proxy server we found the following message: "TCP_TUNNEL_ABORTED/200"

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate you taking time out to do so. It looks like the issue has been submitted and is currently being looked into.
We don't currently have any details on if and when this will be resolved, or corrected in a future update, but will let you know when we do.

Hello

I have same issue when i try to update from dell or try to download manually

https://downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/3.8.3/full/omenterprise_3.8.3.tar.gz

Error from you servers :

An error occurred while processing your request.

The download of the update is possible again.
Has the problem been finally fixed by the Dell Team?

To confirm, also working for me as well. Can Update to 3.8.3.8 from within the app.
