Pasword issue

Hello,

We can't use the OME because the password is not OK. Nothing was change and we even if we change the pswd with a new one, impossible to launch the OME.

Any idea please ?

Hello Thierry ,

 

Initially I could recommend try these steps and test result:

 

*Rebooted the appliance?

 

*Clear your browser cache and try again

 

*Try other browsers: Chrome, FireFox, Edge

 

Can you send Screen image of error you receive when you try to log in?

Hello Charles,

Thanks for your help​ 

I' m able to change the pswd but even changed the new one is not OK . After rebooting and using an other  navigator the issue is the same.

Message :Critical error: the username or password you have entered is not valid.

Do you have a snapshot to revert to with the password working?

 

Note here-CAUTION: If you forget the administrator password, it cannot be recovered from the OpenManage Enterprise

appliance.
