Dell Mobile Connect 3.3 isn't working
I have a Dell Inspiron 5502 i7 11th gen. These error message shows when I open the Dell Mobile Connect app.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

the error message comes with me too! Hardware laptop type. Latitude 5510
With version 1.14253 there is no error message.
Please help

What is your Windows version? It only works with windows home and pro versions.

DMC 3.3 no longer available for the public view to DL from MS store, as we EOL on Oct 2021.
DMC 4.1 is the latest version available for Win10 and Win11.
Have seen most recent issues or users wanting 3.3 based on perf and functions, so working on publishing a link here to Downgrade to 3.3, will post once available.

You only see this message if you have OS=Enterprise, but you stated Insp, this only means OEM or SCIM ID has blank/null value. Refer the article on how to update Register edit keys available herein the forum.
