Connecting, Please Wait

I have a Dell Inspiron 3880 running Windows 10 Pro. I successfully used Dell Connect Mobile 3.3. I updated to the newer Dell Mobile Connect and my dashboard keeps saying connecting, please wait but never connects; however I receive the text notification pop-ups just fine. 

I have ran diagnostics thru Dell Support Assist, and searched the community (as best I could). Does anyone have any tips or feedback that could possibly assist with my problem?

I'm going to reply to myself LOL. So in case someone else has this issue. I just closed all 3 items(maybe widgets) that were trying to connect/open on my dashboard. Just the little x at the top, and then I was able to click next to notifications at the top left and view all, this opened up all notifications. 

 

So Problem Resolved

This solution doesn't work. Every page, every menu says connecting please wait. Was working fine this morning now won't do anything except "Connecting please wait...". Rebooted the PC and the phone multiple times.

I have the same issue.

I already tried to uninstall the Dell Mobile Connect application as well as the Dell Mobile Connect Drivers.

This started when I updated the Dell Mobile Connect Driver downloaded through the SupportAssist page.
