How do I buy the Learning Hub Subscription

Been going down rabbit holes all day trying to purchase a Learn More, Dell Learning Hub subscription plan for my company. I have submitted multiple requests to our account manager and also sent contact us requests directly to Dell.

Any advice on where or who i can go to to purchase this offering?
