HELP!!! hard drive password issues
HELP! I purchased an xps duo 12 the one with the flip screen. I have forgotten my password that was set on the hard drive. now when i turn my computer on all i see is "hard disk security sata port 0 LITONIT lmt128m3m lock "
I dont care if i have to completely erase it, i just dont want to have to replace my hard drive

We may have the ability to reset these drives. sadly we cannot do this through our Forums currently. it would be best to contact into our hardware support queues with the service tag of the drive. you can contact our hardware queues via phone, chat or email for this issue based on your service tag here:
